Best Bikini Bodies of all time?

The phrase “bikini body” may not have been popularized until the early sixties, but by then, the reign of the modern beach babe was already well under way. Marilyn Monroe had been flashing her career-making curves in a two-piece swimsuit on the sand for nearly a decade, her healthy hourglass shape subconsciously setting the cultural bar for true surf-and-sun sensuality. She joins a legacy of actresses and models who, through a combination of hard work and good genes, have cemented their place in history as present-day Venuses. They’re the aspirational figures we have in mind as we coax ourselves to the gym, spring for a Lisa Marie Fernandez micro-bikini, or preen for a far-flung summer excursion. From the athletic, mile-long limbs of Veruschka and Karlie Kloss, to the buxom shapes of Ursula Andress and Kate Upton, and sculptural frames of Naomi Campbell and Adriana Lima, here is a look at the best bodies to ever set foot on the beach.

Best Autumn Food to Stay Health

Time to take your coat out: Autumn, charming and nostalgic, has officially started! London's getting rainy, leaves are turning red and outside it's colder every day. As winter gets closer, it's super-important to start building right now a strong immune system to avoid annoying cold and flu...
We suggest here a few Fall Superfoods, at their peak in this season, that will help you in this mission, with a great deal of taste.

1. Apples
Sweet or tart, apples are satisfying eaten raw or baked into a delicious dish. Just be sure to eat the skin—it contains hearty-healthy flavonoids. Health benefits include:

• Full of antioxidants
• 4 grams of dietary fiber per serving

2. Rutabaga
A cross between a turnip and a cabbage, rutabagas are a popular Swedish dish. To utilize their earthy flavor, add them to casseroles, puree them with turnips and carrots to make a sweet soup, or roast them with ginger, honey, or lemon. Health benefits include:

• Good source of fiber
• Good source of vitamin C

3. Squash
Unlike summer squash, winter squash has a fine texture and a slightly sweet flavor. Because of its thick skin, it can be stored for months. It tastes best with other fall flavorings, like cinnamon and ginger. Health benefits include

• Contains omega-3 fatty acids
• Excellent source of vitamin A

4. Pomegranates
This slightly sour fruit has gotten a lot of press as an antioxidant powerhouse. The juice provides a tangy base for marinades, and the seeds can be tossed into salads to amp up the flavor. Health benefits include:

• A UCLA study showed pomegranate juice has higher antioxidant levels than red wine
• Good source of vitamin C and folate

5. Dates
This Middle Eastern favorite is a sweet fruit that is perfect braised in stews, chopped up in desserts, or stuffed with cream cheese or almonds. Health benefits include:

• Low in fat
• Good source of fiber
• Good source of potassium

6. Tangerines
The small and sweet citrus fruits are positively refreshing for fall recipes. Our favorite flavor combos include almonds, dates, and honey. Juice them with oil, vinegar, and ginger for a to-die-for dressing. Health benefits include:

• Good source of vitamin C
• Good source of beta-carotene

End of British Summer Editorial

Yes, summer is sadly over. But for great photographers, it's easy to find inspiration in the windy and chilly British September... Philip Suddick is one of them: he took some pieces of the Sumarie range, both from Classic and Femme Fatale Collection, and gave birth to a truly charming photo shoot. Finishing the last pages of a book, enjoying the last hours of summer, nostalgically looking at the great summer memories... That's the beauty of it.

How to Travel Light: Key Tips For Holiday Packing!

We all know that last-minute holiday panic that consists of ten bikinis, six pairs of shoes and a drawer full of make-up versus one, modest-sized suitcase. But while many of us would love to breezily skip through customs with nothing more than fake tan weighing us down, travelling light is harder than it looks...

  •  Divide and Rule
One rule to ensure everything fits is when you have your selection laid out on your bed, just cut it in half. Drastic, but it forces you to focus and just remember all the items you have taken on holiday before and never worn. You feel different on holiday and being comfortable and feeling special are what's important: concentrate on items that help you do this.

  • Think what and where
Consider everything you might be doing (tennis? posh dinners? hiking? swimming? city explorations?). Anything that doesn't have a specific use doesn't need to come without you.

  •  Colour code your clothes

Look at everything and choose items based on the fact they will work with lots of other items.

  • Dress for success
Dresses are very hard-working and also scream "holiday glamour" - a good choice for slimming down that suitcase. In the day, wear with flats, beach with flip flops and sunglasses, then use the same piece by night with heels and lipstick. Easy travelling = sorted.

  • Slip in some scarves
Scarves add very little to your load and will multi-task on holiday like a pro. Use to double over as a mini skirt on the beach, as a cover up over a bikini en-route to the bar, turban style on your head to protect hair during serious sun bathing and, of course, conventionally around your neck to brighten up a plain top or protect shoulders from sun during lunchtime.

  • Say yes to swimwear!
Ideally take a costume if you want to seriously swim, dive or snorkel - and as many bikinis as you love: after all, they only take up a tiny bit of space!

European Summer Destinations: Ibiza!

Ibiza is not only one of the most popular beach destinations in Europe, it is also Marie's favorite!
Our boss is literally in love with this beautiful Mediterranean island and runs away there at every good occasion.
Ibiza means, for many, endless partying in macro-clubs. But it's much more than that: large portions of the island are registered as UNESCO World Heritage Sites and are protected from the development and commercialization of the main cities. The unique white sand, clear water
and beautiful woods will make you feel like never going back home.

Here's a short list of the island's must-dos:

1. Watch the sunset at Cafe Del Mar.
At the far end of San Antonio Bay lies the world-famous sunset strip and the bar that launched all those chill-out compilations you find in record stores all over the planet – The CafĂ© Del Mar. Get here before sunset and grab a long cool drink in readiness for one of the most memorable sights you will ever witness.
2. Visit the Hippie Market in Es Cana.
Catch a bus, taxi or ferry to the resort of Es Cana on the east side of the island. Just outside of town you’ll find a hillside covered with stalls selling all manner of hippy related goodies. The market has undergone a pinch of commercialization in more recent years, but the spirit lives on or, to paraphrase, the song remains the same!

3. Clubbing – Amnesia , Pacha , Space and Privilege
There is nothing to compare to the super clubs of Ibiza. Frankly, the rest of the world is the runner-up. Privilege alone has a capacity of around 10,000 people, Pacha is the year-round club, and a favorite of the locals as well as the tourists, while Space invented the concept of the day-club, kicking off their parties when the other clubs are kicking you out of the door at sunrise. In Ibiza, you can literally party until you drop from exhaustion. And you wouldn’t be the first!
4. Visit Cala D’Hort to see the famous rock of Es Vedra.
This imposing creation of nature wouldn’t look out of place as the villain’s hideout in a Bond film. Some 400 meters high, Es Vedra simply dominates the view out to sea. It’s an official nature reserve, and lies some 3km off the coast. Visit the area of Cala D’Hort at any time of day and you’ll be impressed, but it is at sunset that the rock truly comes into its own.
5. Visit Benirras beach for the Sunday drumming party.
Go see the hippies in all their natural glory at Benirras beach (just around the corner from Port de San Miguel). At sunset each Sunday, the drums and bongos begin, and you can dance around the fires until the sun comes up again. Step back in time to the Summer of Love, live and not remotely exclusive.
